Manuscripts may be submitted at the conference or they may be submitted to Professor Arlan W. Mantz at the Connecticut College address prior to September 30, 2003. A complete guide for authors can be found under http://www.elsevier.com

Conference Procedings

A special issue of Spectrochimica Acta: Part A, a journal publishing refereed manuscripts, will be published in early 2004. This special issue will constitute the conference proceedings; Each registrant will receive a copy of this special issue, gratis.
