Accommodations

Most of the hotels are within easy walking distance to the Centre des Congrès. Arrangements for hotel accommodations and for payment are the responsibility of each participant, student or accompanying person. All necessary hotel information can be accessed through:

Participants should register at the hotel of their choice as soon as possible because July is the high season in Reims.

A limited number of rooms are available at Centre International de Séjour (C.I.S.) nearby the Centre des Congrès. The price per person and per night, single room with facilities (shower/WC) is 37.50 euros including continental breakfast. Twin rooms are also available (24.30 euros per person per night). Participants should expect to arrive at the hotel on Sunday, July 8, 2007 and depart on Friday, July 13, 2007 mid-day. Remember that July 14 is Bastille Day, and celebrations (fireworks and shows) are organized on the 13th and 14th evenings in any large city!
